This is cited from the Economists. As its title shows, the richest women in the world. In some countries, female has been discriminated for decades because of the religion. But what this stat really wants to demostrate is women can have tremendous success in the world.

The company should go to the crisp market because Barker Ltd is not in a good financial position,because the low return on capital employed is considerably small and from Acid test ratio(0.3:1)shows the poor liquidity which may brings cash flow problems.Long run loans occupied 50% of the total capital employed,it exists risks.If business entries the market,they may cover the drawbacks,also the high level of possibility of success may bring more profit even though it is romaily`s market plan which can not be representative and over optimistic.Because the company`s USP gives the good information to consumers and may bring a lots of consumers as it is a niche market leads to the demand is inelastic and company can have more revenue.Cost on market research and product design are both important to analyse the market,innovate the products and extent the products range.However,the barriers of entry is high as 83% of the total market shares have constituted by 3 large firms,it can be a difficulty for moving into the crisp market.High loans should prepare to pay the interest.

The people who discoverd the product is asking for 80000 investment and it constitutes 15%of the shares,therefore we can calculate the total asset is 533333 which is quite enough.And the dragon who asked more,and entrepreneur promised 35% of the shares which might be 228571 and the quickest in the market,develop the market range,finally,got the offer.Another dragon who gives the 5% each year 5 years.
The entrepreneur is 19 years old who finished A-level,also had the experience doing export and import between China.

In my personal opinion,the idea is quite good,but I donnt think it has a market in China,even exporting products to China,on the one side,it might be less competitive compared to the similar products in China,and asking 80000 which is large amount of money,most of the retailers in UK such as WHSMITH prefer the products produced from China.
